Luisa Giraldo
Support Coordinator Level 2 and 3 / Psychosocial Recovery Coach
Hi, I’m Luisa Giraldo, a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with a strong background in community services, mental health support, and childcare, including extensive experience supporting children with disabilities. I have worked with people across different ages, abilities, and backgrounds, and I value adapting my approach to meet each person’s unique needs.
I take a person-centred, strengths-based approach and believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported to make informed choices about their lives. I work collaboratively with participants, families, and service providers to ensure supports are practical, responsive, and aligned with individual goals, values, and aspirations.
My experience spans working with children, adults, and families in both childcare and community settings, supporting people with diverse and complex needs. This has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships, communicate with empathy, and provide safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive support.
My practice is guided by inclusion, empowerment, and genuine human connection. I aim to create a safe, trauma-informed space where participants feel supported to build independence, develop skills, and actively participate in their community, with a strong focus on wellbeing, choice, and long-term positive outcomes.
Lucy Gough
Service Coordinator
I’m Lucy Gough, a Social Care Worker from Ireland and the Service Delivery Coordinator at Heed WA. I’ve worked hands-on with children and young adults in residential care, disability respite services, and the childcare sector, which has given me a strong understanding of what good, person-centred support looks like in practice.
My partner and I moved to Western Australia for the sunshine and a better lifestyle, and we’re now proud permanent residents. I’m passionate about supporting participants to feel safe, supported, and included, and helping support workers deliver quality services aligned with the NDIS.
Outside of work, I enjoy going for walks and spending time at the beach.
