Heed WA

Meet Our Team

Bianca Davey

Business Development Manager & Lead Support Coordinator

My name is Bianca Davey and it’s my pleasure to introduce myself on behalf of Heed WA as the Business Development Manager and Lead Support Coordinator. Thinking back, I would say my dedication to the community and improving the lives of vulnerable people started at a very young age. I have always been involved in various Volunteer work, particularly with Esther House, ADVIP, Starrick services, Minawarra house and Domestic Violence Advocacy.

While studying community services I was privileged to be mentored by Anne Muir who was recently awarded the 2024 Medal of Australia Award and work alongside her supporting woman and children escaping family and domestic violence. After completing my certificate, I went onto have work directly with the department for Child Protection and Family Support. I worked as a Senior Residential Care Officer in group homes with teenagers at high risk for the next five years.

During this time, I was highly trained and educated about the impact of trauma, de-escalation and therapeutic crisis intervention and very passionate about improving the lives of the young people I was caring for. I guess you could say I was so passionate that it wasn’t enough, I started to train and be assessed for Foster Care. It’s been 12 years now and countless babies and children filled our home. Two of them still call me Mum 10 years later and I would have to say they have been my greatest inspiration.

I furthered my career in community work gaining the qualifications to work in aged care and disability until 2020 when I was offered a traineeship and opportunity to work in the Finance Industry. I spent the next 4 years gaining the experience and qualifications to become the Client Services Development Manager for a Finance and Investment company while managing a dynamic sales team.

When my Mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s I felt a profound urge to combine my Finance and management experience with my life’s work in community services to work within NDIS.

I believe everyone has a life worth writing a story about, its difficult condensing almost 2 decades of a professional life into a page but in reflection I am even more excited about the next page of my career with Heed WA and our incredible team, supporting our participants to smash their goals and raising the bar in the NDIS Industry.

Mick Servodio

Psychosocial Recovery Coach

“Having worked in Hospitality for nearly 30 years as a Chef, I found myself wanting something more meaningful to accomplish in my life. I completed a Cert 4 in Mental Health, starting as a support worker, and soon found myself gravitating to Recovery Coaching quite early on in my career. I have been focused on Mental Health for the last 5 years.

For me, being a Recovery Coach is all about Putting the Client First. Always. Forget Jargon, forget “Text Book approaches”. I just want to talk with them, listen to their story, as I would any new person I meet. From there, I engage, to build trust, and rapport, work holistically, and never lose sight that the client is the center of my focus.

A whole series of events in my life has led me here, and I take what I do very seriously, but I do like to think I have a very casual, and grounded approach to my work.

To unwind at the end of most days, I like to watch Quality film, and TV shows, am a bit of a gamer, love fitness, and am a bit of a Crypto Enthusiast…”

Kourtney Kovac

Compliance and Service Coordinator

I’m Kourtney, but at home, I’m known as Korgy or Mama. Originally hailing from the electrifying city of Melbourne, I’ve been ruling the sunny streets of Perth for the past four years. In the NDIS field, I’ve done it all—from commanding service coordination to dominating the ground as a support worker. I bring a powerhouse background in quality and compliance, fortified by lived experience in trauma-informed care.

When I’m not on the frontlines, you’ll find me on a bush walk adventure in the crisp winter or devouring a book. As a die-hard foodie, I’m always on the hunt for the next thing to try. Wolves are my spirit animals—they’re ferociously fluffy with razor-sharp teeth! If I had the space, I’d have a couple of cows grazing in my backyard. I’m also a dino lover and you will see me adding them to any accessory’s or anything else other might find a little on the weirder side. I love spending time with my dog, Rusket, and my lively little ones.

I am looking forward to this next chapter in my life a helping this Heeds WA families and staff thrive.
