HEED WA witnessed that not an adequate amount of care was being taken by support workers (often ad hoc or coming from various agencies) to assist these vulnerable individuals.

We determined the component that was absent from the current model. Offering disabled individuals a preference and command of the way they live.

Working closely with the community, our team addresses complex needs and elevates unique perspectives as a starting point for innovation.

Our team specialises in disability care and helps you to get the freedom to live your life how you choose. We are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. we are committed to supporting people and their families living with disabilities, to help them achieve their goals. Our purpose is to help our participants to thrive and have a good life. At Heed WA, we put the care of our participants at the center of everything we do as they are the reason, we exist for people in all over Perth and throughout WA.
